Refund Policy

Reservation fee of $500 is non-refundable but transferable.

 

Once tickets are issued, it is subject for airlines charges and penalties.

 

Written cancellations received by Pilgrims Travel Agency  90 - 120 days before the event,  refunds will be less than $ 200 per person cancellation fee.

 

From 60 - 89  days  prior to departure , written cancellations received by Pilgrims Travel Agency are subject to $500 per person cancellation fee.

 

From 60  days  below prior to departure are subject to 100% cancellation fee of the total Tour price per person.

 

Failure to receive final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your Tour reservation.

No refunds will be given for any unused services while on Tour.
